Life in the tri-state area is full of surprises and stressors. Psychotherapy can help make the stresses of developmental life cycle challenges easier to negotiate. Clients often come in to talk about how to balance their multiple roles and the demands of today's world that can lead to mood swings, insomnia, anxiety, and depressive symptoms as well as how to manage more chronic psychological and physical issues.

One of Beth's sub-specialties of treatment is issues surrounding mothering. Her dissertation focused on the lived experience and challenges of mothering in today's fast-based, technologically oriented world.

Therapeutic treatment plans are individually tailored to each client with mutually agreed upon goals and objectives. These goals and objectives are regularly re-visited in order to make sure clients feel comfortable with the pace and time frame of the treatment process.
